Cut-Paste might just sneak in with 2.1 firmware release

This might just happen. AppleInsider has posted a bit of an insight on possible cut-paste function that might be present in the ‘Localizable.strings’ file located in ‘System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/WebKit.framework’. This might sound too technical for most of us. But if these guys are to be believed, this most sought after feature in iPhone might come true with the 2.1 firmware release in the near future. Here is what AppleInsider has to say:

One developer burning the midnight oil has stumbled upon references to copy and paste in the frameworks of Apple’s first beta of iPhone Software 2.1, potentially offering new hope for one of the most requested and conspicuously absent features of the company’s mobile software.
