I found this tip on macoszhints.com, pretty interesting one. I used to face this problem everytime I would want to edit some copy in the comments section of my blog while using my iPhone Safari. iPhone browser wouldn’t allow me to edit text that goes beyond the form field visible area. Since there is no sub scroller for multiple line text field in iPhone safari, I would have to wait to get back to my laptop and then edit the rest of text. This problem has been solved, thanks to this tip:
By tapping/holding inside a form and bringing up the magnifying glass, you can scroll up and down by dragging and holding the magnifying glass in the direction you wish to scroll.

Yeah but its kinda tricky to guess. Thanks for posting this.
A better way is to double-tap the screen to zoom in on the form box, and then use two fingers to scroll inside the box. Took me a while to work it out.
this is cool dyfrig.. thanks for this shortcut.
