Super Monkey Ball update 1.01 released

One of the most played game on iPhone is SEGA’s . I purchased this the same day I bought my iPhone 3G. Its very addictive and a must have. And now has been updated to 1.0.1. Here is the list of new features:

  • Interactive Tutorial
  • Instructions Added
  • Game suspended when player presses “Home” button

    In cursory testing (by yours truly), it does appear the update improves player control. As promised, the “dead zone” where the ball stops moving altogether is larger, and movement overall has become less erratic. 

    But the only issue I am facing with , is that at times, it just crashes while loading the game. I can play 2-3 times and after that when I load this game, it just crashes. For it to load again, I have to restart my iPhone. Maybe there is some issue with my springboard.

      I don’t think super monkey ball is a good game. Go for Crash Nitro Kart - it has Sony PSP like graphics and the controls are easy.

        The games fun and you can not finish the 8 levels in 1hour non-stop. There are 8 levels in story mode. Also there are 3 cups with four tracks each. And the time trail and quick race modes should entertain you after you finish the Cup and Story mode.
