I have been waiting for this app to appear on AppStore from day 1. I had his awesome app on my iPhone 1st gen and was in love with it. And this morning, I saw [AppStore link] on AppStore. I don’t need any IM manager like AIM or Palringo anymore. does it all. And to add it all, it connects to my and my (VoIP) account all at the same time. The best feature of is that it provides seemless connectivity with and any account. Awesome stuff… And the best part, its absolutely FREE.

    Just downloaded fring for my iphone,
    say now i am on gtalk but when i tap the home button do it log out or i am still in?
    i want to know if my edge is still on because i am not on free data plan.

      Apple doesnt allow apps to work in background. So when you tap home, you automatically get logged out of fring and the app shuts down.
