Tap Tap Revenge 3 Rhythm Music Gaming App Launched – Brings In-App Purchasing

And then Tap Tap Revenge 2 and Tap Tap Dance came in and again blasted App Store. Yesterday Tap Tap Revenge 3 [$0.99, App Store link] showed up in App Store, bringing with it quite a few new features. Tapulous website says that this app is the first music app which bring more revenues via in-app purchasing. TheAppleBlog covered this game and had this to say:

Hey Brady… Coins are basically points you earn when you regularly play TTR2. You can earn coins to spend within the game for slick clothing for your avatar as well as bonus themes and tracks.
You can buy items for your avatar and the points you score on the game become coins in TTR3 thus making it able for you to buy items for your avatar.
I understand we can buy songs using the coins, but how much are they? It doesn’t say anywhere.
