Undercover has been upgraded to version 1.5. Orbicule has upgraded Undercover and brought Push notification feature. Basically this app [$4.99, App Store link] can help you constantly monitor the location of your iPhone using GPS and can also sent push notification.
The leading theft-recovery app for the Mac is now available for the iPhone. Undercover is the first iPhone app that uses push notifications to track and locate your stolen phone.
The most interesting think about the Push feature under this app is that you can easily customize the info you want to send via Push, just like the Mobile Me service of Apple.
If your iPhone is lost, you can set a message that will be displayed to the finder when he launches Undercover. In the meantime, Undercover will transmit your phone’s location.
If your iPhone is stolen, Undercover will pretend to be a game. This will encourage the thief to wait a few seconds for the game to load, enabling Undercover to get accurate location information. This location information is then added to your account and transmitted to the police station where you reported the theft.
Orbicule has also shared this video to demo, check it out:
