google mobile india QuickUpdate: New version of Google Mobile iPhone app supports Indian English TooThis is good news for we Indian iPhone users – One of the most popular Free app on App Store, Google Mobile [App Store link] can now easily understand Indian English accent. One can now speak to Google Mobile with an Indian English accent and search for information on Google easily. And more over, the result page now shows websites within the app itself.

This app was updated just days back and Google had redesigned search results display that shows more results at once and, more importantly, opens web pages from the results within the app.

So if you’re Indian but live in the US, you can improve the recognition accuracy by selecting English (Indian) in the Voice Search settings. Cool, isnt it?
