iRinger is one of the most downloaded free iPhone ringtones converter and maker, and if you are looking to convert your favorite track into an iPhone ringtone, look no further. This iPhone ringtone creator program works with all versions of iPhones including 3GS. Its meant to work with Windows, but there is a workaround for Mac users as well.
You will be able to create iPhone ringtones from any music or video file you have in your collection, including YouTube videos. iRinger exports ringtones directly to iTunes, therefore you dont have to “jailbreak” your iPhone.
Download iRinger:

- Got a Mac? Use iRinger with Parallels!
- Requires firmware 1.1.2 or newer, iTunes software 7.5 or newer

you can make a ringtone longer than 30 seconds, but that may cause the syncing problem.
I dont think iPhone ringtones can go beyond 30 seconds…
Does anyone know if there's a way to make ringtones longer than 30 seconds?
