5mp iphone camera 480x420 Would iPhone with 5MP camera look like this?

I am not sure if this iPhone concept design with 5MP camera shell would come true. The placement of the camera looks awesome though. BTW, I am commenting on the back shell of this concept design here, not the look of iPhone. Thanks for sharing Gizmodo.
