iPhone Developer Program Reads “Need to update this for the 27th Launch”

This seems to be a big mistake. Apple’s iPhone Developer Program leaked some important information about this evenings Apple Event with this text in the license agreement – “Place holder Agreement — Need to update this for the 27th launch”

Now what does this mean? Will the iPad/iSlate run the iPhone OS or will there be an announcement about iPhone 4.0 for developer beta? Lets wait for another 12 hours :)
