RUMOR: iPhone 4G Could Be Taller Than iPhones 3G/3GS [Leaked Photos]

Loading ...Could 4th Gen iPhones be taller than the current ones? Might come true if we go by this rumor coming from iPhone repair site iResQ. The folks over at iResQ have posted some photos that reportedly show parts of the new iPhone.

- It looks like the iPhone 4G is about 1/4 inch taller than the previous iPhones (which are all 115mm tall).
- Another difference with the new iPhone is that it has a small reflective surface above the speaker (this might be just a proximity sensor).
- And “the LCD appears to be factory glued to the digitizer,” this making the iPhone 4G more similar to the first-gen iPhone than to the 3G and 3GS models.

Over to MacRumors - Claimed leaks of future iPhone parts from Asian suppliers have been relatively common in the past, although such claims should generally be taken with a grain of salt, as evidenced by a claimed iPhone bezel leaked last May that actually turned out to be a part from the Creative Zii Egg.
