They say those yellow blotches on iPhone 4 screen will disappear very soon

Apart for the reception antenna problem, few iPhone 4 seem to have another glaring problem – Yellow blotches on the display screen. These yellow pigmentation is quite visible on the retina display of iPhone 4. AppleInsider covered this discussion on their forum:

Users began to report on Wednesday that the Retina Display on their new iPhone 4 has a discoloration in the bottom corners of its screen. On those affected units, the screen’s corner has a warm yellowish tint to it.

Here is that quote from the forum section – someone named austingaijin had this to say:

Apple is using a bonding agent called Organofunctional Silane Z-6011 to bond the layers of glass. Apparently, Apple (or more likely Foxconn) is shipping these products so quickly that the evaporation process is not complete. However, after one or two days of use, especially with the screen on, will complete the evaporation process and the yellow “blotches” will disappear.
How do I know? I was involved in pitching Z-6011 to Apple.
