I have been enjoying iGolf for quite sometime now. Finding it much better after last evenings update that added Par 3 and Par 4 gaming options. Earlier iGolf just had Driving Range option. iGolf was the first AppStore App [App Store Link] that used Wii like action.
And now, the same company SGN has launched iBowl [App Store Link], another Wii like game that uses accelerometer sensor present in the iPhone. This game is a free app as well, the game allows you to swing your iPhone in order to perfect your bowling game.
Found this interesting app on TechCrunch. Even though I don’t play Golf, I have started liking this app. iGolf is free [AppStore link] and has a cool Wii like function. You got to download it and then check it out. Here is what TechCrunch has to say:
The application uses the iPhone’s accelerometer to detect a golf-swing like motion with the phone. Choose a club and swing the iPhone just like a golf club. Save your high scores and challenge your friends to beat your distance. Our best score with the driver so far is 406 yards.
Hi, I have been using this awesome invention called the Apple iPhone from November 2007 and have gone nutzzz over it. Nuts to an extent that I started this blog which talks just about iPhone and nothing else.
This blog of mine has been getting tremendous response and is being followed by all kinds of mobile phone users from all over the globe. Most of the traffic comes from the US and Europe. Thank you all for making this blog a success :)
