You must have heard about iPod Nike app which used to integrate Nike shoes with iPod and provide various statistics to nike owners. And now, Nike has been involved in developing an amazing app which integrates with iPhone. These images have been shared by iphon.fr and gizmodo. Gizmodo has this to say - From what we can skim, Nike+ users will get all of the nifty performance graphs right on the phone (before this stuff was available on the web only). But the biggest improvement over the old Nike system may be Google Maps support:

This news is coming from Mark Wilson of Stuff.tv - This is what he says;

The first piece of news is that Nike+ will definitely be extending its compatibility beyond the iPod Nano to the iPhone and iPod Touch. No surprise there really, but the interesting detail is that it could also make use of both devices Wi-Fi (and, ultimately for the iPhone, 3G capability) to let you update your training log on the fly.

As he compares it with miCoach, he says - It’s still not a sophisticated as miCoach, which uses a heart rate monitor to split your run into various zones that vary in pace, but you can add notes to each run and, naturally, share and compare schedules with your Nike+ buddies.
