has been officially banned by . has updated their website with this information:

Looks like Apple has decided they will not be allowing any applications in the . As such, will not be available in the iTunes . We are seeing a lot of similar reports from various developers who’s applications were abruptly removed and banned from the without any violations of the terms of service. This is all unfortunate news for the iPhone platform end-users.

I was expecting to allow  apps in the future. But I guess AT&T doesn’t like this. But users who had downloaded this app when it on for days can still use it. Lucky you.

app is back on . For more on hat is, please follow this post. Basically is an iPhone 3G app allowing multiple computers to share 3G connection from iPhone 3G connectivity. I got this update from ’s message to TUAW:

TUAW had received a reply from , as follows: “Hi, is back on the Apple Store, hopefully for good this time! We’re not quite sure why Apple took down the application yet, we’ve received no communication from Apple thus far. did not violate any of the Developer or agreements to our knowledge. It is unknown how mobile phone carriers may react to using the program. Or if they are even in a position to tell. My personal advice is to not go NUTS just yet by downloading tons. Also be aware that contracts/carriers vary in what they offer from country to country, please be careful your service doesn’t have a metered limit, that if you go over may incur extra costs for you.”

The App is available in iTunes: App Store link

Anyways if you are trying to figure out how to start using , here is the video explaining how to go about it:
